  4.             TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION :

  7.     Redistribution of HARD DISK COPY v1.0 must include the software,
  8.     its documentation file, order form and all supplemental files (see
  9.     FILES.TXT) as a single unit without any modification AND subject
  10.     to the following conditions :

  13.     1. Any individual is welcome to make copies for his/her friends
  14.        and/or colleagues if NO FEE is charged.

  17.     2. Electronic bulletin boards, whether they charge or do not
  18.        charge their users subscription fee, are welcome to post the
  19.        program for down loading as long as they do not charge any fee
  20.        in particular for the distribution of HARD DISK COPY.

  23.     3. Computer information services such as CompuServe (CIS), Genie,
  24.        etc., may post this software for their subscribers.

  27.     4. Non-commercial user groups and computer clubs may distribute
  28.        the program to their members if the fee charged for the
  29.        diskette containing HARD DISK COPY does not exceed $10.

  32.     5. Disk vendors approved by the Association of Shareware
  33.        Professionals or disk vendors who explain the concept of
  34.        shareware in their ads that quote a price may distribute the
  35.        shareware version of HARD DISK COPY.

  38.     6. Other commercial enterprises wishing to distribute HARD DISK
  39.        COPY either alone or in combination with other hardware,
  40.        software, books or materials must obtain permission in writing
  41.        from the author.
